Our Web Mastery LLC provides web hosting and related products and services.
Our Web Mastery LLC and its websites (collectively “OurWebMastery” in this document) refer to sites hosted on OurWebMastery.com and other related domains and subdomains. This privacy policy describes how OurWebMastery uses and protects any information you give us.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you provide us with personally identifying information or potentially personally identifying information or personal data (collectively “Personal Data” in this document) through OurWebMastery, we will only use it in accordance with this privacy statement.
Website Visitors

To order and use features of OurWebMastery (such as web hosting), we may require you to provide specific financial information to enable payment processing. OurWebMastery uses 3rd party payment processing services, so OurWebMastery does not collect and store credit card information. OurWebMastery does receive payment status information from our 3rd party payment processing service providers.
We use PayPal for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, PayPal may collect the Personal Data you provide, such as payment and other Personal Data. PayPal uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. If you post content on your website and provide it in any other way as part of using any Service, you do so at your own risk.
All of the information that OurWebMastery collects is handled following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Protection of certain Personal Data
OurWebMastery discloses Personal Data only to those of project administrators, employees, and contractors that (i) need to know that information to process it on OurWebMastery’s behalf or to provide services available through OurWebMastery.com and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside your home country; by using OurWebMastery.com, you consent to transfer such information to them.
OurWebMastery will not rent or sell Personal Data to anyone. Visitors and Users of Our Customer’s Websites or Services
Our Customers can collect and manage information, including personal data, via their website. Such information and personal data are stored with OurWebMastery. For such purposes, within the meaning of the GDPR, OurWebMastery may, in certain limited cases, as specified in the Terms of Service, be considered a “data processor” of such information pertaining to visitors and users of our Customer’s websites or services. The Customers controlling and operating such websites shall be considered the “data controllers” of such information. They shall be solely, completely and fully responsible and liable for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection and control thereof, including all relevant jurisdictions’ privacy and data protection laws.
Customers shall be solely, completely and entirely responsible for the security, integrity and authorized usage of information related to visitors and users of their websites or services, obtaining consent permissions, and providing any fair processing notices required for collecting and using such information.
OurWebMastery has no direct relationship with the individual visitors and users of our Customer’s websites or services whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer, user, or visitor of any of our Customers and would like to make any requests regarding your personal data, please contact such Customer(s) directly.

Legal grounds for processing Personal Data
OurWebMastery processes information you provide to us on the legal basis of:

- your consent, expressed when voluntarily submitting and filling your Personal Data details in sign-up forms, by e-mail, request windows, etc.;

Access to data

Retention of Personal Information
We will retain your Personal Data on our systems only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. When your Personal Data is no longer required, we will delete it.
We keep contact information (such as mailing list information) until a user unsubscribes or requests that we delete that information from our live systems. If you choose to unsubscribe from a mailing list, we may keep certain limited information about you to honour your request.
OurWebMastery will not delete personal data from logs or records necessary to the operation of OurWebMastery.com, e.g. residual copies of your Personal Data may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
Invoices and receipts related to OurWebMastery financial sales transactions are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, audit and legal reporting.

You may have certain rights under data protection law regarding the Personal Data we hold about you. In particular, you may have a right to:

Data transfers
OurWebMastery stores and processes our Customer’s personal data and the personal data of our Customer’s Visitors and Users in our facilities in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. For shorter website response times and continuity of service and to enable disaster recovery plans to be implemented, data may be transferred to servers and storage devices based in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Security
OurWebMastery has security measures designed to protect the Personal Data you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Our services are offered with HTTPS secure access. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Regardless of these measures, we do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Data or any other information you upload, publish or otherwise share with OurWebMastery or our Customers.
We encourage everyone to use strong passwords and avoid providing anyone with sensitive information that could cause substantial or irreparable harm.

Our website may contain links to other websites provided by third parties not under our control. When following a link and providing information to a 3rd-party website, please be aware that we are not responsible for the data provided to that third party. Aggregated statistics
OurWebMastery may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. However, OurWebMastery does not disclose Personal Data other than as described in this Policy.
